Refund, Return and Cancellation
In view of COVID-19 & for hygiene reasons, we will not be accepting any returns. Items once ordered can not be returned. Incase of a specific issue, we will refund the adequate amount but no reverse pick-up will be done for any item. Please raise a request for the same to us over an e-mail and we shall revert on the same in 24 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Currently as we are not accepting any returns, we will be giving refunds/Coupons for special cases only.if query raised within 7 working days after delivery and If approved, you’ll get the refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund too. It takes up to 7 working days for a refund to reach your account. Shipping Fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation of an order is only allowed till the time the order has not been shipped. You can check the status of your order on the Track my Order Page.
